3DHI is currently collaborating with over 60 semiconductor material, equipment, and device manufacturers, holding events and workshops (including seminars) at least four times a year, introducing the latest technological trends in 3D heterogeneous integration devices from around the world, as well as discussing the movements of companies and research institutions. We also facilitate information exchange and discussions among participating organizations.
In the future, we are considering an approach to overseas research institutions.
